Are you licensed?

Yes - we are certified as a Victorian A Grade Electrician, so you know that any electrical work we do on your property is being carried out by qualified, experienced and insured professionals.

Are you insured?

Yes - Working as electricians comes with a range of risks, so we have full insurance (liability and workers' compensation) coverage.

Liability Insurance protects again potential damages caused during electrical work. Should any mishaps occur the cost of replacement will be covered by the insurance, which protects you from unexpected expenses.

Workers' Compensation Insurance covers any injuries workers may sustain on the job and prevents client's from being held liable.

Do you handle emergency electrical repairs?

Yes. We're happy to support you in an emergency outside regular business hours.

Do you offer warranties or guarantees on your work?

We offer a guarantee that the job will be completed and functional. If we encounter something unexpected while we work, we'll communicate that to you during the job to ensure the best outcome.

Do you clean up after working on a job?

Yes. We'll leave your property as clean as we found it.

How does your pricing work?

We have a fixed callout fee of $190, which also covers the first 30 minutes of a job. This time often covers emergency or small jobs entirely.

When we're onsite we'll evaluate your project or problem then let you know how much the job will cost before we commence work.

If something unexpected does arise and the scope of work needs to change, we'll discuss it with you before we proceed.
